Yep, no doubt about it. We're winners, run a clean program and have been consistently solid for close to 4 decades. That gets under the skin of opposing fans and they have an intense dislike for K and deep jealousy.

However we have a very loyal fanbase nationally too (certainly more than in this state), so when the Devils tip, the viewers tune in! OFC

I caught the end of UL GT last night. GT pulled off the massive home upset....in front of an empty dead arena, literally zero people in the upper deck. They beat the #1 ACC team, did they storm the court??? Nope.

A few weeks ago, Duke played in that same arena, and that place was ROCKIN'. Things are just different when Duke is in the building, and it's the same when Duke is on television. Duke moves the needle like no other program.

When K blew up at the Crazies last week, I was thinking back to fall 2000. We were yelling some non PC stuff every game. We called out some “Nova hoochies” and fat shamed some Clemson fans. We made fun of arrest records and brought family into the chants.
