Rashard and Raejon Figures

So I remember like years back there was a fairly highly rated recruit Rashard Figures who never committed anywhere and I couldn't figure out why.

Fast forward to 2020 I am seeing the same thing with Raejon Figures who wasn't as highly ranked but also didn't commit anywhere.

I assume they are brothers but does anyone know why two kids who should have ended up somewhere D1 never committed or made it anywhere?

I know. I was looking at something from 2020 and came across the Raejon and it had me thinking. Was just curious what happened to both of them
