If Raridon could step up that’d be a big help for our interior line.

There’s a pic on Duval’s twitter of the majority of the offense (minus several guys) including walk-ons at the pool. I won’t post for the creeper level factor.

From what you can see, there’s some who look more impressive than others, and it’s not always who you’d expect.

Please post pics. Not creepy in my book

Not sure if any player has been more of a disappointment based on expectations.

Steroids are frowned on now.
That topic can get some interesting reactions here. But you are right. We tend to celebrate the massive muscle gained by our teams in the glory years even if PEDs were involved — because “everyone” was doing it. Yet if you posted a poll here and asked if Bonds, McGuire, Clemens etc. etc. should get into the Hall of Fame, the results would probably be heavily negative.

As long as our guys match/exceed the likes of Bama, Clemson, etc. we'll be fine. Steroids or not.

You don't want linemen looking as cut as WRs in some arbitrary pool pic. You're asking very different things of them on most plays. OL need to train for short burst with lots of power. WR need tons of endurance in addition to explosiveness, agility, flexibility, etc.

You all are misremembering the 90s, the OL were never looking like Arnold, they looked like a bunch of big dudes with big, soft muscles and a bit of a gut.

They're football players, not body builders. Throw on a World's Strongest Man sometime, that's what training for power looks like. They're big but they're usually not super defined.

I agree. Training for strength doesn't usually result in aesthetically pleasing bodies

Raridon is a talented guy. Before his career is over he will give us some good play. Dave Rimmington look liked the Pillsbury Doughboy when he played but man was he ever quick.and strong.

Never tried it... but I am intrigued. It supposedly worked for Ray Lewis and Vijay Singh. Vijay got busted and made a federal case out of it!
Little bit in the pre workout I take (very minimal amount) and have been hitting all kinds of PR's in the weightroom while leaning down

Appears he just lost 50lbs, now at 315lbs, is he is good shape now?

This is his year, it’s literally make or break with him in my opinion. It’s got to be with all the young talent coming in and getting broken into the system. I think he can do it, sounds like he’s a complete monster on run plays but lacked on passing plays. But the way Austin sounded when talking about Him, he’s improved his pass pro this off season. Dude was a mid-low level Top 100 OG out of high school. He’s got the talent, it’s time to put it together on the field now. GBR!!!
