The men who set up this government that has survived for 234 years and governs a country people still risk dying to enter daily had some principles outlined in this thing called the Constitution. These guys knew about alcohol, marijuana, opioids, coca leaves, caffeine, nicotine, and probably other stuff like psilocybin. They chose to leave legislating "drug laws" to "the several states". Which is why the federal government's prohibition on ergotamine, and their pressure to stop its manufacture worldwide is BS. The legality of producing LSD should be left up to the states. Oh...and BTW....I'm a conservative "redneck" who thinks manufacturing and distributing acid should be legal.
As far as the OP, Gregory is who he is. The drug laws in Colorado have nothing to do with the on-field incidents. We need more like him to get back to where we were.
