I've got most of my textbooks too ... many of them never used. ** The most expensive book I had was "Thermodynamics of Propulsion" ... over $60. Most were $15-$20. That was a LOT of money then. I sold a lot of them.

Also still have my Post Versalog slide rule. Paid $20 for it from a guy who was in Pre-Business ...

I didn't get a souvenir myself but I was present at the last game in the old DNF stadium and there were folks leaving that place with 6'-8' boards from the bleachers. About the 8th inning that place looked like a hardware store with all the tools on display.

But do you still have the case so you can hang it from a belt loop?

That's exactly what I'm talking about. But I don't guess I had enough to get the shirt...

I thought that was Freshman Chemistry.

Freshman chemistry under Dr. Sheely pretty much was a weed out course ... basically got 75% of the engineering majors. The engineering major in general though is thought of as "pre-business".

I had a key to the organ in the Chapel of Memories for many years while at State. About a year after I had left I came back and I gave it to a (music) fraternity brother. Not sure whatever happened after that, but it was pretty awesome to go in there at night and fire up "Phantom of the Opera" with all the dials set to 11. Wish I still had it.

I do have a brick from Old Main that was given to me as a speaker gift one time when I spoke to a group of faculty at State. That is a prized possession.

I don't have this item, but would love to know where those XXXL panties that said Ole Miss Cheerleader from the Supper Club are these days.

I probably still have my beanie too, somewhere. Got the buzz job one night leaving Critz ... thought I'd eluded them but didn't. I think they "outlawed" hazing not long after my freshman year.
Bought my beanie, but never needed it... I started my freshman year right out of high school and into summer school at State....first roommate was a great guy named Hubert Rush from Oseola or Luxora Ark....can't remember which. But, he protected me through both summer semesters and never got my head shaved.....(Hope the statue of limitations has run out...lol).. Wish I knew where Hubert is now....
