First time poster,
I tend to spend most of my work days listening to some type of local sports radio. Just wondering if you guys have any suggestions. Here's my usual daily shows:
8-9: Just the tip (ehhh)
9-10: Leach (ehhh)
10-12: KSR
12-3: I switch between Jerry eaves, Bobby V and Dakich
3-6: Andy sweeney and streble

Coast to Coast AM. You need to be ready when the aliens land. And when those Kentucky goblins come for you.
I used to listen pretty often but anymore it’s mostly commercials—probly only about 30 minutes of actual c2c programming. ufo’s are their most interesting shows but they’re not as frequent nowadays. some of the new hosts are hard to listen to. i think it went downhill fast after art bell was gone. sucks.
I scan channels when i can’t sleep and usually wind up listening to willie’s roadhouse or 50s/60’s channels on sirius xm.

Not trying to be a smart ***, but I was conceived in January 1956 so I've been around the block. All sports and nothing else makes Jack a dull boy, or so the saying goes or is at least close to that. And, I realize you're listening apparently while you can do your job, so radio is apparently your only choice. I would suggest a few hours of classical music or something soothing that can be relaxing. Careful with your choices. Go for some variety. Variety is the spice of life, and music can be a salve for any wounds, and goodness knows we all have some of those. I would stick with your 9-12 schedule, and use KSR sparingly. Sometimes--in fact a lot of the time--those guys don't do their homework and fall into a rut and all of a sudden you are listening to a bunch of knuckleheads just jabbering on the radio. Can be a big waste of time.

The older I get, the more protective I am of my precious time. It's short for us all. But it can be taken away just like that. Sorry I have no specifics for you. Treat yourself to something different, and you will likely be rewarded.
