Bringing the GF’s 11.5 year old sports-crazy son to the game today and Nebraska next Saturday. She’s from Ohio, so he’s been raised OSU (especially football), but he’s been watching games with me ever since Essex CCC and LOVES watching us play and what he’s seen of #RACmosphere thus far, so I’m hoping we get up early again and it cranks up a good one for him!!

Anyone else bringing a “first time”???

I always use South Orange Community College, but I gotcha with Essex CCC! Lol!

I took a first timer (friend) to the Indiana game and the Rutgers Club for pregame meal and drinks, and he was absolutely blown away by the intensity and the atmosphere! Now we need to win for your GFs son!

Yes!! Happy kid, kid loves college sports, kid works harder in school, happy mom, happy new LOL!! Seriously though she wants him at RU, as well, so this is a good starting point!!

Great job promoting Rutgers. I promote Rutgers 24/7. Rutgers is such a great school, with so much going for it. My friend was wowed by the campus. Every kid I know who goes to Rutgers loves it. And I wish all of NJ would think this way, but I am not holding my breath.

I usually have 1 ticket, but have all 4 of ours today, so I'm bringing my wife and another couple who are season ticket holders in football with our group, but don't think they've been to a hoops game or at least not in the last 20 years.
