I still remember the feeling when Riley and Co were let go and the thinking was "time to let a quality coaching staff show us how it's done". What a misfire.

Heard from the press conference that the players said music was turned off. I get that noise could be good to simulate gameday distraction but I also don't think it's very business like or focused

I get that and don't necessarily disagree, but I know people that worked at Illinois and Iowa that say they always had music going

It depends on if you can get your team to focus or not. There's a difference between get to work music or having half the team dance around like idiots all throughout practice. Based on the antics on the sideline we've seen, I'm guessing it's the latter under Frost.
