Does the region champ and runner up still make the state tournament

Yeah they do. The only year that didn't happen was in the Covid year when only the regional champs made the state tournament.

Last year for instance, Westmoreland was the Region A runner up but made it to the championship game

Knew that's how UT was in the early 00's didn't know if it had changed or not thanks.
