I think that has already been explained. They counted the in-person votes, and then the mail-in votes. As were the rules established prior to the election. And everyone knew this, including Trump. He, nor anyone, should have put any stock in to the early voting results.
So he lost the mail in vote, 23,000 to zero or whatever it was? Seems logical

I had a CE class in Clearwater and during the class, the doc made fun of those in Broward and a couple other counties as not being able to properly vote like the rest of the state.
You follow the rules and the law, wherever that takes you. If addressing voter fraud would overturn a Biden victory, so be it.
That doesn't explain why all the counts were suspended, and why after the counts resumed all the votes went to Biden. You can't explain that...not without lying.

Yes, after the decision was made. Just like any other concession. You don't concede until it is known the path forward is closed shut.

I didn't. I stated facts. He conceeded once it was over after a hard fight. That is democracy and doing what is right.
A good way to ensure that mail-in fraud didn't occur would be to do it like this:
In any state that either Trump or Biden won by 3 points or less --- contact every voter who mailed in a ballot.
Reopen the polling locations/machines for a week or two depending upon the amount of ballots that were sent in. For every person who mailed in a ballot, they could schedule a time slot for one day in that one/two week time span to come in and cast their vote in person.
No lines, no Covid fears, etc. Folks walk into the room, have the qualifications checked and ok'd, given a ballot and 10 minutes to fill in their votes. They leave, everything quickly cleaned, and the next person comes in and the process repeats itself. Run it 24 hours a day if that's what it takes.
Those votes are quickly counted and at the end of the one, two, even three week span, a winner is declared. Fair and square - just the way it should be.

He only conceded when he couldn't go forward. Hiliary did concede when she couldn't win. That's a concession
Liars are not very careful about their lies. First of all it's not necessary to "hide" what you're doing if you are being Truthful. Since liars know they're lying, they have to "cover" their dishonesty. They do this in part by "hiding" what they're up to, then telling more lies to cover their deceit.
However there are ways to break the code of silence and deceit. Using technology, and the facts (yes ALL the additional votes went to Biden) it will become obvious what fraud is being perpetrated on the American people.
Do you know not one Republican incumbent lost a race? Even in those States where Trump lost votes, the down ballot candidates on the Republican ticket didn't lose their races or their votes. That suggests either voters were deliberately splitting their votes, or voting for a Democrat at the top of their ticket. That does not follow normal voting patterns, and even if it did, many more Republican incumbents would have then also lost their races. No one did.
Again, not one Republican incumbent lost their race. Not one. However Trump lost his lead in all of those races! That suggests massive vote fraud.
