We win if I start.

I want to see a number of things, so I'd start Beau.
If Allar is not 100%, I would start Pribula. I don't think PSU needs Allar for this game, and should be able to win without him (although the spread is 20, and not sure if they will cover).

Then we can all ***** about not seeing the Smolik Package as a change of pace.

Do you really want to see his package? I don’t.
Don't lie. You do.

Well, if we can't throw the ball anyway, start Beau.

If you're treating this game like a scrimmage to try to fix the pass game, start Drew.

Franklin has to make up his mind about his quarterbacks. Running an RPO with a 'pro-style' statue at QB clearly doesn't work (ie, Hack, Drew). His choice of OC will tell us a lot about the plan (assuming there is one). If CJF goes back to a JoMo sort of coordinator I would expect Drew to transfer and Beau to become the immediate future of the QB position.

The BWICAC insisted that Drew Allar should be named the starting QB "before " he stepped on campus. Their voices were like a steady drumbeat all season...Clifford is in the way....they even booed Clifford, and mocked his 6th year status and age. Now after 10 games, winning 8....the football message board geniuses are ready to give up on Allar. Well laugh out loud. Why am I not surprised?

Don’t worry, if he starts Beau and Beau plays poorly, the same posters will blast Franklin for not starting Drew. Coaching with hindsight is so easy, why can’t real coaches just do that?

Allar is all of, what, 20? In his first year as a starter, he has shown the arm talent throughout much of the season that was expected. 21 TD passes against just one pick. This in a season with a poor running game and with receivers who do not get separation. This in a season where the offensive coordinator got fired. Sure, Drew has been erratic, especially against quality defenses, but he is young, and as noted, there have been other significant issues with this offense having nothing to do with him.
