You are going to pay $200+ for the MSU versions of the $80 canopies unless you catch them just right. Keep your eye on Sams Club and their website. I got two MSU 10x10s there last year at $80 each(well actually 8x8 leg-wise to fit in a parking space, but with a 2' overhang, Pagoda style). Be sure you spring for the straight legs and not slants IMO. And the beefier the frame, the better.
We just upgraded to a white 10x20 Strongway that routinely go on sell for $50-60 off at Northern Tool/on their website. And if you catch it right, they will tack on a $50 gift card for spending $250. So, you end up with a 10x20 for ~ the same price as a 10x10 MSU canopy and just add so much in terms of options at least for tailgating in the junction but is a pain to move from place to place if you have to do it by yourself/don't have a good and consistent gameplan for getting it out.
Another option is to buy the cheapest straight leg one you can find and buy just the MSU canopy top for it for another $50-60 on eBay or Amazon.
