You just don't get it.....and you most likely never will because you aren't interested in the truth. You kind of had me fooled....but it's clear what your agenda is. Name me ONE member of team Trump that was sympathetic to any hate group. You,like many others, are so focused micro-analyzing every Trump comment that you conveniently feign no knowledge of what other Presidents have said in the past. Go ahead and wrap your arms around a bunch of anarchist Marxists whose goal is destroying democracies. They are as bad as the kkk, nazis and white supremacists.

Bannon.
As bad hey? I haven't seen these Antifa folks starving and gassing 6 million Jews, or lynching African Americans for looking at white women, or exterminating Poles just because.......

That proves what? Prove to me that Bannon has acted in anti-semitic/racist ways, or even give me specific quotes that are anti-semitic/racist.

Proof.... not conjecture.... not allegations... proof.
Not much on reading are you? smh I agree with the Virginia professor.

The Antifa group is backed by many Socialist/Communist groups...you are familiar with the human rights issues with those ideologies right? Talked to a guy the other day that is a member of some socialist liberation group here in the State (PSL...although I can't remember what the 'P' stands for...maybe people)...anyway he was for the removal of the statues because of what they (in his mind) stood for - oppression. I asked him about PSL's support of Castro and the deaths and oppression that he had on the people of Cuba...well that's different.

Come on Priddy you are better than that. White supremacists have adopt the "nationalism" label as part of their name and therefore associated it with White Supremacy. Just like the KKK adopted/bastardized a Confederate Battle flags their symbol and turned it into a symbol of hate.
I'll have to get caught up on White Supremacy. I thought it was all but dead until the latest surge in identity politics breathed new life into divisive hate. Another problem in America; distorting existing phraseology into something else. Regardless of colors and mixes thereof, Nationalism is National Pride no matter what the cattle are told to think. This discussion is a great example of why we should not erase history, but rather lock it in no matter how uncomfortable, lest it be changed. Nationalism = Racism? Child, please.

You'd deny it anyway. I don't think Bannon is racist/anti-semitic. Look at his conversation with the liberal reporter that he didn't realize would be turned in to a story. He mocked the white nationalists and called them losers. However, he does exploit them and push their agenda. He even bragged about what Breitbart did for the alt-right.

moe should try me.

Bannon I have no doubt is not a racist or anti-semite. He can at least try and prove the other two. Because if you're going to label someone a racist, you better damn well be ready to back that claim up.

Do you have any problems with Breitbart pushing the alt-right views while he was there? He's excused because he is not personally racist?

I can't say I do. I knew nothing of the "Alt-Right" until this past Presidential election. Some new buzz word to describe what? A loose collection of people that believed what? Then you have Breitbart supposedly pushing the alt-right, a website with Jewish and gay contributors.... real alt-right types?

That's about what I expected.
I can't provide jury trial proof for you so I'll soften my stance for this thread and call them sympathetic to the white nationalistic cause which is truly pathetic which would be my opinion to be clear.

You knew nothing of it because it was new. It was coined by Richard Spencer (a real peach of a guy) as a loose connection of people that believed in white nationalism, ie - Nazi ****. Breitbart didn't "supposedly" push the alt - right and its views, they absolutely gloated about doing so. Did Breitbart and their gay and Jewish (basically only Milo) do it because they are racist white nationalists? I doubt it. They probably did it for the money or to further their careers, but I still think they should bear(?) some responsibility for these Nazis.

I would bet that there were some people at C-Ville who were there to counter the Nazi/WS group(s) didn't get involved with the violence...I wouldn't put them in the same boat as either group...I also wouldn't put people that want to keep the statues where they are in either group.
I thought we determined yesterday that you are who you're associated with. Everyone there was either a Nazi or Antifa, at least according to some of logical thinkers here lacking the concept of nuance.

They are socialists and communists, Soros funded. They have been violent in most of their encounters. Remember the bike lock professor? They are not just violent against white supremacists, they are violent against anything right.

Our Constitution is built to allow anyone to say their peace, no matter what it is, even if it is racists. Countering that philosophy with violence is the biggest issue of this whole mess. This is a can of worms that should have never been opened.

But yet you morons from the left applaud it. They should've been ignored, not confronted.
That Soros bs is getting old

Do you want Whites, Jews, Blacks, Latinos, Asians, etc. in the White House to not be Nationalists. This is a problem with our country, too many people no longer know what Nationalism is. Soros/globalists pleased.
That's only an extreme view of Nationalism versus globalism. It's not one or the other

I guess that makes Lachlan and James Murdoch conservatives, using that logic?
Brannon admits to Breitbart being the platform for alt right, Milo does as well....so....the question is more about whether the alt right includes white nationalism, or it is its own thang

No, that is my opinion. Thank you for setting it straight, Great Decider of What is What.
An that opinion is extreme is all I'm saying. Nationalism (economically for example) flies in the face of traditionally capitalist / conservative policy. I imagine most conservatives see a balance in nationalism v globalism when discussing economics, right? What does it have to be so extreme when discussing social issues?

The Americas have traded world-wide since before our inception. We deserve (saved the world at least twice) more respect and better deals, imo.

Not sure what you're asking. If you meant why instead of what then my answer is hell if I know.

The only argument that I've ever heard that Breitbart did not push white nationalism is that they have A Jewish and A gay contributor. But if you read their articles, it's clear....imo.

https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.wa...list-article-at-breitbart-challenge-accepted/

I asked antisemitic, not white nationalist. White nationalist would include a lot of people, including me. A person can be a nationalist, and not racist.

Sticking to the premise of the article, I'm throwing the bottom 3 out as I probably agree with them, and you don't have to be racist to agree with those.

So top one, yeah, it speaks for itself. It's discussing the white people dressing up as black people to gain authority in the liberal system. Not racist, speaking to whacked world we live in.

I want controlled borders. Trump's requirements for acceptance are too stringent, but he's on the right path. I'm betting he allowed some negotiation room.

I don't think white nationalist means what you think it does. You can be white, and a nationalist. Economic nationalism and white nationalism are not the same.

White nationalism is a type of nationalism or pan-nationalism which holds the belief that white people are a race[1] and seeks to develop and maintain a white national identity.

Is that you??

Economic nationalism refers to an ideology favoring policies that emphasize domestic control of the economy, labor, and capital formation, even if this requires the imposition of tariffsand other restrictions on the movement of labor, goods and capital. In many cases, economic nationalists oppose globalization or at least question the benefits of unrestricted free trade. Economic nationalism may include such doctrines as protectionism, mercantilism, or import substitution.

Seems to fit you better

Oh, ok. That would be different. None of those articles pertain to a uniquely white nationalist train of thought.

Yes.

And my thought was that the alt right contains both, unfortunately.
