I will be going to the game in Maryland. Not often the Huskers play in my backyard. I am currently looking into tickets. Anyone on this board going to the game? What section are Husker fans sitting in? Anyone on here familiar with the stadium and have seating advice?

If you look at Maryland's schedule, I think they will have at least 7 losses by the time Nebraska comes to town. I'm betting Husker fans will be the only people in the stadium.... sitting everywhere.

That is my gut feeling as well. Thanks for confirming my instincts. I think I will just go ahead and find the best seats at the best price wherever they are. The stadium looks small. Kind of reminds me of Rutgers.

I'm going to the game since its 20 mins from my house. Never been to the stadium though so not sure where you should sit. I'll be in the visitors section though, one of my booster friends is buying tix for the group.

I think I am just going to roll the dice and find the best tickets under $100

Sounds like plan. Maryland is not exactly the most hostile environment so assuming you are with a buddy or two, you should have a good time. There should be plenty of Huskers around to hang out with.

Go to Baltimore. Lots of wonderful people and places to see. (Full disclosure: my wife is a Marylander, and our best friends are Balti-morons.) See you at the game. We're hanging around Maryland for another week to spend the Thanksgiving holiday with friends and family.
I agree. Despite what Trump says, I like Baltimore. Love the inner harbor. My daughter graduated from Loyola there. Looking forward to the game. Maybe our paths will cross

It has nothing to do with the president. My brother lives in Alexandria, VA and most of Baltimore is crap.

Sipple has a article today and forecast Nebraska losing to Maryland, thought you might be interested in reading it..

Sipple has Nebraska upsetting Ohio St early and knocking off both Wisconsin and Iowa at home with back to back losses to NW and Minnesota and another loss again to Purdue..

The mention of having a 8-4 record by anyone, I wouldn’t be thinking of beating all 3 of those teams that he has mentioned..

Yeah, I saw that. I get his reluctance to predict victory in our road games. But we played pretty decently on the road last year: should have beaten both NW and Iowa, and gave OSU all they could handle. And Maryland won’t be that good. Sipple thinks we beat OSU, Wisky, and Iowa but lose to Maryland? Nope. He is an idiot

Alexandria is full of yuppies that get scared if they roll down their windows in Arlington bro. I used to live in Fairfax County, VA as well. I now live 15 mins south of Baltimore with plenty of co-workers that live in Baltimore and they love it. Baltimore is fine if you know what parts to visit. No one advises hanging out in the 'hood, no matter what town it is.

Are their single game tickets finally on sale? I'll be there. Also, Alexandria is great if you're not scared of young people making good money..

I agree about the Harbor -it’s wonderful, but the Harbor isn’t anything like much of the city. The U of Maryland is in a suburb of DC and we have a large group going!

Where are you sitting?

And yes, they are in the burbs of DC. I lived in the District for five years working in Congress. Strangely though I never made it to the Maryland campus. Now i will

My wife's brother lives in Bethesda and his oldest is going to Maryland this year. I don't think the Maryland game is going to work for me as I am already going to Boulder and then maybe to the Iowa game. Hopefully in 2021 I will go the game in College Park. I can't imagine the tickets being too hard to get as I am betting the Terps will be looking for another coach by then. Not a big Locksley fan.

I'm late to the party, but I just read this "article". How the hell does he get paid to write this garbage?

Going with 3 other Husker fanatics. Stadium is smallish and therefore all seats are closer. Went with a former Maryland quarterback a couple of years ago to watch Ohio State destroy them. Not much tailgating since Ohio State fans took over the stadium. GBR!

I was able to get tickets through NU ticket office allotment, but they won't know the ticket locations until they receive them from MD they said. From seating chart I saw, the visitor allotment are Sect. 2 and 302.

Should be a lot of Husker fans in and around the stadium so probably any seat will be good.

Side Note: Baltimore is a good town to visit. Have had many great trips down to the Inner Harbor, Fells Point, Camden Yards, National Aquarium, etc. It's the same with any larger city, you have to know where your going and areas you should avoid, etc.
