Question about the UL board ...

I was informed there are UK alumnus on the board, and this UL fan seems to think those UK alumnus are trying to sabotage UL.

Besides the obvious question of "where is your proof?"

Is this odd for UK alumnus to be on their board? I don't really know much about that sort of stuff, but it doesn't really seem odd that someone who graduated from UK would be on the UL board.

You have hit it right on the head. UL fans have blamed UK grads on their board, the Kentucky Legislature, Nike, the University of Ky, IU, and several others for their demise. They simply cannot admit that it was the overall corruption of UL that is the problem. From their Foundation, to their administration, and down to their Athletic Dept, they have all thumbed their noses at regulations and laws. Despite being caught, they have continued to operate as if they are autonomous, and can do as they please. At some point in time, the delusional fan base needs to wake up and realize that their people have put them in this situation, not some outside organization. It's just like drug abuse, you can't begin to solve the problem, until you finally admit there is one.

Well I asked because it made no sense why they were crying about it lol, and hell no I'm not a university 6 fan, I'd rather cut my d*ck off before I'd cheer for that POS

I highly doubt it. Like a lot of states it's pretty hard to throw a rock without hitting a person who has at some point attended the largest university in that state. People go to schools based on location, scholarship offers, costs, and/or degree options. Like Tyra, who they have bitching about non stop, who went to UK on a offer to play baseball.

Kentucky's board has a member that graduated from UL's school of medicine as an example of someone who has been schooled there and sits on the UK board.

It's pathetic and indicative of the little man syndrome that exists up there.

Zipp, as seen below, is now trying to get everyone to turn on Postel due to his wife's UK past. What these morons are essentially advocating for is discrimination.

Zipp is the worst poster on any forum I've ever been on. The "LPT" (Louisvilles play toy) when referencing UK is absolutely hilarious. Do they lead an all time series in ANYTHING?

Most paranoid fans in history. Nothing is their fault...it was one rogue employre, then two more, then a head coach, they are in denial about everything until it keeps coming that they are trash. Then they blame everything else and find conspiracy.

Being a uofl fan is a weird psychological phenomena. They grew up with it engrained that UK is evil and dirty...which allowed them to overlook the trash bucket their school is. Then when they are forced to look at it, they still point to uk. Crazy ppl

Don't see how it would matter at all. Most sane people can set aside their sports biases when it comes to doing their job.
