correct me if I am wrong, but has a camera ever panned to him and he was doing anything besides staring blankly with mouth gaping like an 80 year old Alzheimer’s patient?

I don’t want to be mean, but I have never seen him coaching up a player, talking to a coordinator on the headset, looking at a playbook. Honestly never seen anything like it.

Pretty sad when Minnesota's coach has more energy than our entire team. Thank you Eichorst for effing this up and ruining our Saturday's for the past 3 years and probably the next two.

I hope you never have to stare into the eyes of a loved one with advanced Alzheimer’s.:(

Pretty sure now that he was told he's gone a couple of weeks ago. The play over the last 2 weeks confirms it. Then again, from what I have seen this year, he might have been told 5 minutes prior to the first game of the season.

I’m worried about the product on the field, couldn’t care less about how he looks on the sideline

Well I have never seen a coach who never coached before. He job title is coach and he just stands there and collects millions.

Maybe it appears we are poorly coached because there is NO coaching.

We've paid this guy millions of dollars to stand on the sidelines with his hands in his pockets, and lead chants of "hip hip hooray" in the locker room on the rare occasion we actually won a game.

I don't think he really does much of anything else

Of course there’s no coaching. Why do you think we’re so bad?

I care about both. I do honestly wonder if he had done a f***ing thing since Nebraska started paying for his great retirement, and all of his kids’ kids college.

Don't mean to hard on him but he lived at Embassy Suites for a year, his wife has serious allergies and just finally moved here, after building a new house.I believe the allergies are on the chemical level. They bought a house a totally gutted it but I didn't help,so they built a new one with supplies that alined with her allergies.I really feel for him and his family but this didn't workout, sorry coach but time to move on,wishing the best for you and your family,God bless! You tried your best but it didn't work, you did what they asked, someone who wasn't a dick, like Pellini.Wished it turned out better.Take care, your a good guy but it comes down to wins my friend, hoping Goethe best for you and your family!

He is going to leave here earning $10+ million dollars for 3 years of awful job performance. Don't feel sorry for him. Feel sorry for us.

I WILL NEVER FEEL SORRY FOR A MILLIONAIRE WHO STEALS MONEY. Oh, I feel sooooo bad because HE HAD to build his wife a new house. Poor guy.

Oh give me a f***ing break. He looks like an old man with Alzheimer's on the sidelines. How the hell else do you want me to describe exactly what he looks like?

My uncle had Alzheimer's and it put the family in turmoil for years. I know the devastation. Grow a thicker skin.
Grow a soul.

Would you be this aloof and tough in front of your mother or father, or cousins, without the anonymous nature of this forum, about your uncles condition? I doubt it, tough skin boy.

HCMR lives in an apartment, and am fairly certain his wife spends most of her time in Oregon or in their home in Austin... same with Billy Devaney... he lives in the same complex and I believe his wife lives in Atlanta

Not coaching your team to be football tough and win games: $3M

Living in an apartment away from your wife: Priceless.
