Visits end of the month. Dakari Spears is visiting Texas Tech this weekend, and word is Tech will take the first commitment between him and Coleman. Pray for a Spears commitment to Tech this week!
Yes, Coleman is extremely talented and a perfect fit for what Iowa wants. He’s an elite shooter, 3 level scorer, can manipulate screens, and a twitchy athlete. He needs to put on weight and get stronger, which should be no problem. Many experts feel him and Harris remain criminally underrated.
For as much as I loved Harmon, the more I’ve studied Coleman, the more I think he’s the better option. Whether that comes to fruition or not is to be seen of course.
If Mac can get Coleman along with Harris, and Thompson before even playing a game it would be a recruiting coup like we haven’t seen in a very long time.

Put 15 or 20 lbs and another BJ Armstrong, this kid was made for Ben’s tutoring. He’s got the total package. No sour grapes but his tape is more impressive than Harmon.
Ethan could be a Grant Nelson type of player. He looks like he’ll be a very good player.
