4 star from the class of 2017. Already redshirted, so he would have 2 years to play 2 if he transferred immediately and sat out this year. Pretty sure we are going to have to add another quarterback next year anyway.

Or should we just bet the house on Shrader and Rogers? Who knows if Mayden will still be here.

After this year, we could very well have True sophomore Shrader, Logan Burnett, and a true freshman Rogers. Not sure that means we're good as far as QBs go. I don't think we're going to get a transfer in to solve that issue b/c most transfers want to go to a place where they have the inside track at starting.

Exactly. We need an older guy. Whether that's JUCO or the portal. We need to redshirt Rogers no matter what.

That said, Burnett is better than people give him credit for, and 2020 is going to be a youth movement rebuild year anyway. Might just roll the dice.
