QB question

Have any of you ever discussed why Pegues has never been lined up at QB for State?

He play QB at South Panola in high school and in my opinion is the best athlete on the team.

Just curious if this has ever been discussed.........

Sort of a thread hijack, but I'm equally shocked that he wasn't made a permanent team captain.

Just as I'm shocked that Lee did.

Pegues on offense has been discussed ad nauseum for four years. I can see how you might have missed it though, since you know, it was only talked about for four years.

And Pegues as a team captain....yeah, he's a great leader. He showed his leadership skills this summer and in the La Tech game. Pegues and Fitzhugh came in as hotshot freshmen corners. They turned into safeties, but only one of them grew up.
