I hope Zona wins because I think they can beat Uconn or Duke one of them make it to the the title game.
Feels like Purdue is playing above their heads just to keep it close
I love how zona's bigs pass it back out to the wing when they are double teamed. They don't make many bad decisions. Our bigs just shoot when double teamed or can't handle the ball and cause a TO. Looking at you Moreno

I've disliked Arizona since 1997 but having another team that can beat Duke alive is a good thing.

It's criminal that Michgan Arizona will only be a semifinal when it should be the finals lol.
I have to say that I am happy Lloyd is more than likely getting his 1st final four. I think Lloyd is now the first or second call after Pope next season, barring he doesn't go to UNC.
Lloyd has the recruiting prowess, his style of play is fun to watch and has an extremely good record as HC at Arizona. 4 Sweet 16s in a row, now an Elite 8 and more than likely a final four.
The way Zona is playing right now is what every UK fan would love.
If i was the next AD and Pope has a terrible year again, and Lloyd is still at zona, call him first, if he says no, call Pearl.

It seems like the powers behind the curtain want to help puke as much as they can. Always 8v5 when you play them. Plus the storyline of the boozer brothers winning a title like their dad.
I agree, Michigan and Zona deserve to be in the title game. I hope one of them win it.
I guess going into this thing I didn't have much a problem............the three were so similarly good this season.
But during this tournament I feel like Michgan and Arizona have just been a cut above them. Duke hasn't made this easy. They struggled even against the 16 seed.
I hope the winner of MIchgan Arizona wins it all.
The only player on our roster who looks like he belongs in this game is Oweh. The rest wouldn't sniff the floor!

Yep, this is the answer. Thank God Zona had that amazing second half! We need them in the title game as a last line of defense against Duke or UConn.
I assumed it would be Duke vs Arizona in the final. If it’s not Duke, it will be UConn then.
Oweh would be a 6th or 7th player off the bench, that’s why UK struggled so much. It was a quintessential Pope team talent wise, but not skill set wise.
The second half Arizona blitzkrieg I witnessed last night is far superior to anything I’ve seen from Duke in the last month. On a neutral floor, I think Arizona is 8-12 points better than Duke. But I’m also old enough to remember Jay Williams and his 4 fouls riding Jason Gardner like he was Seattle Slew in the ‘01 title game. We know how this works.
These were grown *** men, even the freshmen. Can you imagine Moreno playing in this game? 
Absolutely, Oweh would not be a starter for Arizona, no way. Which tells you all you need to know about our year.
Arizona does have a junior and senior in the lineup. The senior averages 13-14 ppg. The junior averages double figures. And they have two seniors off the bench that average close to double figures.
You definitely need a mix of young talent and experienced talent.

I haven’t heard anyone ever say ALL freshmen, led by freshman is what I hear and Arizona fits the bill. Of course you have to have upper class men but I think they’re best served as role players because generally the real talented upper class men have entered the draft.
