Would rather have a team without a "star" like Virginia . Don't need a Kemba Walker.
That Purdue missed free throw at end of regulation that would have put them up 4 points really cost them the game..

Painter calling for the foul was bonehead. UVA can't get quick looks from the three. Would have gotten a terrible look.
Gotta beat Auburn first, but I am OK playing UVA.
I think UK will have a nice advantage of Cal being a FF vet and Bennett a rookie first timer.
Great game by Edwards, but maybe tried too much late in the game to be the man. He needed help, and Cline, who murdered UT, didn’t make a field goal in the second half.
Refs let UVA, primarily UVA’s point guard, continuously push off to get free. A couple that were not called were really blatant.

Purdue gotta be as sick as UCF. When that ball in regulation went all the way into the deep backcourt I thought Virginia is done. But then the composure to make that pass and then the guy to take his time and sink the shot to tie it, dam. I thought we would see a half court 3 from Virginia and over, but props to them.
Bennett finally gets his Final 4. He seems like a good dude and is always classy so he deserves it, and when it comes to the ACC I'll sure as **** cheer for UVA over Duke and Carolina.

People talking up Virginia and their record crack me up. They had a very good record last year and they lost to a 16 seed. Kentucky has better Coach and better players. If we're fortunate enough to get by Auburn we will win against Virginia if we play good defense and don't do stupid stuff on offense.
In all fairness, had they lost to Purdue, they would also make history by being the first 1 to lose to a 16 seed and then lose in the Elite Eight the following year

Actually Clark did foul but refs didn't call it. May have been why the pass was wide.
So because they lost that one game it somehow invalids them as being a good team?
People talk up Duke and UNC all the time and completely ignore the fact that UVA VASTLY outperformed both of them in ACC competition.
I think Bennett went the K route at the end of the game and sold his soul to the devil. The human sacrifice is taking place as we speak.
Get through tomorrow and I like our chances against Virginia. Maybe to see Dook in the final to finish where our first game started, but with a much different outcome. Just have to take down out little SEC brothers tomorrow first. Virginia has a choke left in them, I'm sure. Dam Virginia and Dook should both be out of this thing, but the luck. They must both have horseshoes up their asses.
