i picked uva to the ff, but they are not beating purdue imo. purdue has better bigs and the best player in that region and probably in the tournament their pg. we’ve already won games at uva’s pace but purdue is capable of scoring 70+ on us in a more traditional game. i think i’ll pull for uva today.

Gonna be a good game. I have UVA in my FF as well, but did not have them against Purdue.

I saw Purdue's game against UT, and Purdue absolutely tdestroyed hem with their size. UT had no answer.

UVA has Salt and Huff. Both 7-footers and strong, especially Salt. Neither are very skilled and don't see major minutes.

If Kline and Edwards are on, Purdue's bigs will likely impose their will and get the W.

I also think the pack-line is a horrible way to play Purdue. That team is streaky from 3, but if they are on, they can light it up. The pack-line makes it a bit tougher to rebound and it gives too much space on the perimeter if you don't close out before the catch.

Yeah, assuming we get past Auburn, I'd rather play Virginia. Purdue Is playing scary good right now., and I think that ACC teams are over-ranked & over-seeded in general. (see UNC). I think Purdue will beat Virginia, but I hope I'm wrong.

(edit) And oh yeah, they have that 7' 3" Dutch kid that is mobile and can hit jumpers. How do you guard that?

I love watching great shooters make tough shots.

I would LOVE to see us come out like we did last time against Auburn tomorrow. It amazes me how we struggle sometimes making open shots. If we shoot 40% from 3 and 50% from 2, NOBODY is beating us.

That white Virginia guard didn't even bother trying to make an attempt at stopping that last 3. Was about as lazy as Zion when he doesn't have a chance to make a highlight reel play.

looks like edwards is going for 25. he shoots for 4 minutes then rests for two minutes then comes back and takes their shots again.

Bro we are do to play a good game or two. We havent yet in the tourney. Be nice to finally have three good shooting games here and no one touches us. We have champion quality defense and rebounding...but can we score consistently??

We all may have underrated the Big Ten. And the ACC might have been overrated. That’s based on results throughout this tournament and the early returns on this game.

purdue is on pace to score 40 on uva this half. the need to change the pace of the game or it’s going to get away from them.

6/8 3 pt'ers for Purdue so far. Hard to beat a team that is dialed in from the 3 pt. line. UVA can't run the stall ball from too far behind.
