Purdue knocked down a ton of 3s. tough to defend 3ft beyond 3pt line

Purdue is set up to win the national championship, a legit contender.....RU played like a ncaa team tonight

They've absolutely had some WTF games and moments this year but every day this week RU looked like one of those 11-12 seeds who are in a one possession game on Thursday of the NCAA tournament with 45 seconds left.

Refs down the stretch.. sheesh.

They should have let the players decide. Instead they rewarded playacting on Purdue's side (who clearly made all the shots), were blind when they needed to be and shamelessy made those calls seeing everything's Purdue's way.

Congrats to the team and coaches.. you played hard and with heart and you cannot ask more than that.

Great performance last three days. And the refs had nothing to do with us losing. If anything tired legs kept us from getting out on the three. Tremendous progress. Two years ago today we lose this game by 50. GEO IS BACK.

down the stretch it was just Corey and some Baker...you had to ride them and couldnt go to anyone else...Purdue..as bad as Drago was for much of the game...because Purdue was so deadly from outside, they were able to put him back in and it became tougher to defend them at that point. Purdue earned this thats for sure, they had to make shots and then close it on defense

Minnesota game I called out during game thread that RU would lose by 7 though up by 5.. I was grilled by some. I threw in that RU would lose by 7 in pregame picks before last nights game. Tonight someone asked where my prediction was. Of course I went on and said RU loses by 7.

Agree. Hats off to the young man. If not for him were not in that position. He was spectacular.

If mike wasn't fouled neither was Edwards.
Few bad plays down the ends..Thiam and Corey definitely offensive..arm and shoulder.
Would have liked to see Baker as option there and not force.

But......BUT....that was amazing effort. I am pretty sure Corey gone be but if this plus guys coming in....now we have real hope for once.

Refs didn't steal this one, Purdue making 350 three pointers did. RU played a game for the ages with the effort, the shooting, the collective nutsack.
