If we’re up by early by 2 TD’s and we need a FG I can see Rhule kicking one..
Kind of sets up similar to last year. Alvano was sucking and then nails a 50 yarder against Purdue. Hopefully the same with Hohl
I am as well. My PTSD from the past seven seasons makes me think Purdue will play like champions and Nebraska will find a way to lose. Before last Friday I was starting to have a little hope.

Exactly what I thought. Illinois showed the league how to beat us. We lose all momentum in the 2nd half, and defense implodes. Purdue in a huge upset.
I am completely clueless about score prediction. It should not be close, but the defense has stunk up the joint in the last two games. DR should have success since Purdue will probably load the box. The tailbacks should have career games, but not too sold on an offensive game plan that will emphasize the run. There is no team identity this year...

28-24 until I see NU shutdown the run and also be able to run the ball they are going to have a lot of close games
They should have a random fan kick the field goal like one of those promotional giveaways, but in an actual game.
On paper this game should be a blowout but I get the feeling it might be another head scratcher. Tired of scratching my head. Huskers pull it off though 31-24.
