Purdue looks terrible early. But NC State looked awful against Nebraska. I can’t see them not blowing NC State out even after this rough start.

Purdue still looks like garbage. NC State is way more athletic. B1G buffalo ball not working in this match-up.

I was shocked when the line was NC ST +14 on a neutral. That to me was more shocking then NC St winning this game. Wonder if they went home and back for Brooklyn, or stayed in the area for 2 days for the game in Brooklyn? Either way could explain this result.

Well, they pulled it out. Purdue looks great when they’re on, but they are hardly a team without faults and I’d be worry bout their tournament abilities

Yes they won but refs sure bailed them out but once they hit overtime I was sure they would win it out

There was one sequence in OT where Perdue should have been called for offensive foul, but no. Then two obvious travels not called.

I think they’ll get better as the year goes on and address their weaknesses. Painter is too good a coach. I think this team may not have been used to having that type of target on their back. Gutting out today’s win will be big for them.

There in lies the the truth to the expression. - a team is never as good as they look when they win and never as bad as they look when they lose.

There may not be a big bad dominant team this year. It could be Baylor but previous #1s have looked really dominant... right up until they haven't. So we'll see.
