2 years in a row Purdue has been ranked #1 and lost to Rutgers by a point. Remember last year it was Ron Harper Jr half court buzzer beater.

Busy watching MNF. Game is suspended, Damar Hamlin (Bills safety) collapsed. Not sure of his status. It’s not good.

They will easily be a 1 or 2 this year. They lost by 1 point. Not a huge deal. If they lose 3-4 in a row I’d start to worry but they are destined to lose a couple in the Big10 to many teams beat up on each other.

Only 1 but it was to Rutgers. Rutgers lost to Temple. I would be shocked if they don't have at least a handful more losses. Their good but they fade every year.

If the game was played at Rutgers, I would understand, they have been extremely tough to beat at home, but this game was played at Purdon't.

Didn’t watch as college bb not very interesting when Cats are no real threat.

I do recall from early in the season that they started two freshman guards. That’s gonna lose you some games.

I think early in the season, teams didn't know how to guard Edy, but once everyone figures it out, Purdue is going to drop like a stone.

To everyone who posts Team X (that beat UK) lost to some team they should not have lost to.
EVERY TEAM will lose at least a couple of games that they should not lose. EVERY TEAM!
Basketball outcomes are not linear (just because A>B and B>C does not mean A>C, ON A GIVEN DAY).

Now you want to win some that you were not favorited to win, while limiting the ones you lose that should not have lost.

I hope he's nailed our team, because his "predictive model" has us rated way higher than any of us have us rated, so far this year...

Let's hope his model pans out and this year can be salvaged, beginning tonight through the end of January. We need a STRONG showing this month in order to give us some glimmer of hope. Not that it matters with Cal at the helm, though - look how much hope we had last year in January, only to see ourselves fall in a historic upset.

We will most likely either start winning some of these games, or will drop in the model. We’ve already dropped from around 2 seed range to 5 seed range in December.

LSU is a Michigan level team, imo. Playing at home, really need to handle them by 10+ points to start moving in the right direction.
