And not just for conference affiliation.

Clemson has no business being #1 with that weak ACC schedule. Baylor just curb stomped their most difficult opponent without a QB.

They are all hype. You will be the first good team they will have played all year.

I expect you guys to win by double digits.

Thanks for the support. I would rather be playing UNC. Clemson is one hell of a team and deserves the #1 spot for now. We'll see how it goes tomorrow...........You guy's take care of business....conference and all.

I don't know where you got that UNC was Clemson most difficult opponent. You must not keep up with college football very well.

I think the Tigers call ND their toughest opponent, but a fair part of that is brand and not on-field play. ND's name made a game with Temple a prime-time game. WTF.

You obviously are not aware that Clemson beat THREE teams ranked in the top 10 in the final ranking.
Where do you people get this junk? ESPN brainwashing?
If you want to talk about a team who hasn't beat anyone, look at Alabama. They have playef onle ONE team ranked in the top 15, and they LOST to them. Why is Alabama even in this thing? Why aren't you making that comment about them?

You could be right.
It's entirely possible Bama is in because of the mystique of Saban and 'form', and not because they had a reasonably difficult schedule to navigate...I get that.
They did play some cream puffs fo sho.:eek:
