No way Cael and our Donors can let that happen. He has The Elite Club M2, farm, and family outside State College. M2 is a great feeder for our program. Plus DT help’s train guys in our room. No wonder he didn’t look mentally upset after he lost to Brooks. Yes Sir we gotta keep David around.

I'm pretty sure "Cael will let life happen" to the extent that it is in the best interests of David Taylor. While Cael has provided fantastic leadership to both PSU and NLWC programs, he is all about the big picture of life. If DT has a true desire to be a college head coach and is weighing the pros and cons, I'm confident Cael will share advice if asked for it and it would be a balanced approach and not about what is in the best interest of PSU or NLWC.
You also act like M2 just falls apart if he takes this job. He could continue to own it and allow other talented/accomplished people run it/provide instruction. He could also elect to sell it to someone just like any other business can be sold.

Was listening to FLO and they were talking about the oSu HC opening. They said Cael wouldn't consider it now because of a super supportive administration but suggested that it may not have been such a far fetched idea under a different AD. Wonder if that was a shot at Sandy.

KJB32812 We will never know if the comment on Flo was a shot at Sandy-Cael would never do that. However, it is clear that AD Kraft is super supportive of coaches -especially Cael. Kraft can not fake his enthusiasm at matches. Glad to hear that the outside world believes that AD Kraft is very supportive of our wrestling program-best in the country. And AD Kraft is trying to strengthen NIL here-not an easy task but hopefully wrestling has good financial supporters to give Cael anything he wants so he will stay at PSU until he retires from coaching.
