I think them losing Mahomes Jr and putting in Lateef is about a wash.

Lateef adds some running ability Mahomes Jr didn’t really have.

Mahomes Jr is the better passer.

No clue if he would or how pro scouts view him but if they lost emmet Johnson their rb they’ll be screwed next year whoever the qb is. That guy is their offense. Baby mahomes is almost as over rated as Scott frost when he was hired as their coach.
