Two teams that punched disinterested RU teams in the mouth at their places.

Watching Nebraska back to their normal impotence has been especially irritating to me lately.

They're both playing better than the two teams in the first game. Although it looks like the depth perception in the dome is going to initially affect the shooting of every team

It is interesting that they talked about Nebraska’s spacing. I posted during the Nebraska game that spacing was the real issue, and the difference in that game. Our bad spacing made their rotations easy when their on ball defender was beaten.

This game has devolved into a bit of a mess over the last few minutes.

You want to watch the realities of what college basketball teams at any and every level of play go through during a season, Binge Watch Last Chance U Basketball on Netflix. You definitely get a different perspective of what Rutgers teams might have gone through the last 2 years trying to keep it together, including a former Rutgers target KJ Allen, USC commit. The realist look at a season you will find anywhere.

How did Nebraska get a 5 star recruit to commit? And yes I understand his brother is on the team, but still.

I actually believe so. We had some serious mental meltdowns this year IMHO and that was definitely one of the games. On our best day, vs their best day, we win by 10+.

Agree with your last sentence.

unfortunately Ron has had 1 good half in like 2 months and Geo has been good every 1/3 game. We have been pretty bad lately. It is possible we turn it around, but right now I don’t expect it.

My thought process is that the 5-minute OT vs Minny, after that disastrous last 7-minutes, showed me A LOT about this team which I’m 90% sure loosens them up MENTALLY moving forward. For Baker to ADMIT to the world that the pressure had been a problem for a while, IMHO, tells us it was REALLY bad. Not excuse, I want to throw my TV out the window more than once the last two months, but anyone with a clue new well they were mental issues out there but we just didn’t know exactly what. Probably some other things as well, in the locker room, but the pressure of going to the postseason for the first time in 30 years, to the dance, had to be an enormous weight on his shoulders as well as the rest of the team.

Nuts.... definitely glass half full look

glass half empty says it was all Jacob.

I just look at this teams complete body of work and I separate the season to pre Harper injury and post Harper injury.

looking at adjusted offense efficiency MiNUS adjust defense efficiency on bart

for the season +17.3 per game
Beginning thru Iowa part 1. 22.47
After Iowa. 13.73

for the season we are #42
Thru Iowa game we were #17
After Iowa #65

That is 13 out of 16 in B1G
That is near the bottom of the BE

i watched much of the game.

Neb is either very poorly coached or is extremely poorly coached and the kids know it.

talk about crapping a bed made-up for you.......

Our last game w/ them is a mystery...... but, I think it speaks to the pressure... and now that it's off... lfg!!!!!!!!!!
