I can't imagine anything worse than Dave Witvoet as a RO.
Imagine Dick Honig, the OG Michigan homer. He's the guy Joe chased down after we were screwed in a game against Iowa. That scene played a huge part in the conference adopting replay reviews. Oddly enough, it extended the careers of guys like Honig and Witvoet who then had the opportunity to get paid sitting in a booth as opposed to being on the field.
