He has enough size and quickness to get your attention. None of our DT recruits are especially highly ranked. I think they are better than their rankings.
I also wonder if he might eventually find himself at guard. Good pickup by Coach Barnes.

Disbelief on this board that anyone would want to play for us after yesterday’s 34-0 victorious debacle.
Only Penn State fans will consider winning as losing.
Here's what I think is good about this verbal: already has size & girth for DT. Doesn't have to be placed in weight build up. Losey & company can work on strength, conditioning while Coach Barnes develops him and perhaps he can have some contribution his first year if he enrolls early.

Yes he is. And he was a great coach. Undefeated team in 72 and put a couple of guys (the Zumbahs) in division 1 including Penn State.
Glenn was our QB and the. RB and he went to PSU and his brother Dave was, at one time, Boston College’s all time leading receiver I believe.Mark Cherewka replaced Glenn at QB when Glenn shifted to RB and Mark also went to PSU.
And Riverside played a real schedule at that time as you know - not the garbage they play now.

This was pre contact lenses and I had those damn ugly sports glasses that always fogged up and got mud all over them. They were a real PITA!
