How does Wallace make it in? I believe it would be Elkhorn Valley

I have a five-way tie for the last spot: Wallace, Heartland Lutheran, Loomis, Elkhorn Valley and Sumner-Eddyville-Miller.

Wallace would win the tie-breaker by defeating two Division 2 teams (South Platte and Leyton) while the others all only beat one.

I have a question on how this works. For CWC, are they locating them in Chambers, which would be clearly west of O'neill. Or are they locating them in Bartlett, which would be east of O'neill. Could shift the bracket quite a bit. Can someone let me know how that works for co-ops?

Those last couple spots are a mess, and it looks like to me that tie breaker is going to come down to a coin flip done by the NSAA in Lincoln so really I think we all will need to wait until tomorrow when the brackets come out. I could see a scenario where Kenesaw goes west and then the brackets change again so all that being said it should be a fun night of high school football in Nebraska. Only in this sport can a 2-5 vs. 1-6 game create such madness, enjoy!

South Platte will probably only have 8-9 healthy players, so I would go with Hay Springs.

Hay Springs has a small roster as well but is just a healthier team right now.

I just hope CWC goes west. It evens out the brackets more with....

CWC, Sandhills/Thedford, Garden County and Anselmo-Merna in the West.

St. Francis, Exeter-Milligan, FCSH, Wynot in the East.

Yeah, I'm not sure how that works. As a coop, there isn't a district headquarters to go by and they play games in both towns. Not sure how they figure that. But agree that it would be better to put them in the West.

I believe on Coops that the school determines before the season starts which location they will use as the location for playoff purposes.

Okay thank you! Should be interesting how the brackets turn out. I'm sure lots of west teams are hoping CWC bounces east. They are a great team!
