Damn. Always feel bad when guys suffer consecutive injuries. They put in a lot of work and it sucks to have those long setbacks.

I'd rather he get himself healthy and right than try to push through the healing process and play anyway. It's a lost season, may as well get healthy and play under a better coaching staff. Get well soon big man!!

Two game starter. Thanks for proving my point. I’m sure those handful of plays where he played TE last year also made him the leader of the OL room though.

Huskers.com-
Prochazka played in five games in 2021 with two starts before suffering a season-ending injury.

When he was inserted into the starting line it made an immediate and very noticeable difference.

That game was v NW. Everyone looked like an All B1G that game.

He struggled v Michigan

I think the idea of recruiting the tallest non-basketball players we could find onto the football team has not panned out. I seriously think the OL is just too dang tall. Probably the DL, too. They don't have the flexibility and quickness necessary. They also seem to be kind of fragile. Benhart looks like he can barely move out there.

Sucks for Teddy. Sorry for the off topic rant. I hope he recovers! The kid is a physical specimen.

does having an ACL on one knee increase the probability of injury to the other knee going forward?
i've seen this several times before and noticed KState OL just had it happen too.

It really makes it tough for your QB to see the field. Then it seems like guys that tall have a tough time moving their feet and playing with the proper pad level.

Sad but another case of a talented but injury prone player who is never likely to contribute in a meaningful number of games over his career. Hope that's wrong but that's the typical pattern.
I wouldn’t call him talented. I think this is addition by subtraction. Why do we think a 6-10 tackle is going to work? He moves like he has 2 left feet and his punch is more like a love tap.
