That is what Frost is recruiting. He only has one full class on campus right now. Second class starts to sign in about a month and a half.
I do agree with your statement... however I am quickly starting to loose my faith here... I think it has more to do with the years of constant let down... I don’t know what exactly is going on within the stadium walls, but I can tell you what I have seen on the field this year does not translate to football players... No one on the defensive side looks like they want to hit someone... I miss the days of our defense running and hitting someone like they wanted to kill em... they ran through the ball carrier... this team stops as soon as they touch them... on offense our receivers are not getting open, and teams are able to key against us all day... our only game plan is wan’del left, wan’del right, wan’del up the middle, swing pass to wan’del, then repeat... our line has perfected to look out blocking techniques... I just don’t understand it, the common sense in me says it’s impossible to miss in so many recruits, but my eyes tell me something else, I find it hard to place blame on the coaches shoulders when he inherited players that have no heart, but then again I sit here and wonder at this point in the season why have we not played the freshman, we can play them and they’ll still keep their redshirt... there is just so much that doesn’t add up right now and none of this is making sense... I’m just tired of being the doormat of the big ten because that’s what we have turned into
We could just as easily have 3 more losses too. It doesn't really matter what the record is. We've had the same problems consistently the last two years and they need to be fixed.
news flash these problems are the same problems for just three years now... these problems have been around for some time now... I’d say for about 5 years.... just as you could see our program slipping away under Solich you could see it slipping even further under Polini and even further under smiles mc sprinkles... we have been watching this program show no heart now for at least 5 years... the tackling issues all of it for longer then Frost has been here...
It's different issues and issues that are on Frost. Under Riley the CB's were terrible but now it's probably our best unit. I actually thought we were more disciplined under Riley and had better tackling. Special teams play was better under Riley. Some areas have actually gotten worse since Riley left.
