Fox is a blur.

Monk can sky on that free-throw range jumper.

Briscoe's shooting is worlds better. Hope it translates towards actual games.

Bam will be a fan favorite instantly...

I've said that SKJ will be a year or two away after watching him in person... I still hold the same opinion on that.

Wenyen looks like he needs to put some weight on, weak ends potentially, can't recall his jumper in the spot shooting drills though- hopefully that's a strong point in his game right now-- as mentioned, he could be a serious problem for opposing teams on defense.

Humphries still looks like he needs the ultimate success confidence booster, will be important for him to have success early on in the season IMO

If only Brad was a solid 6'3-- is he really 6'0? because he doesn't look that tall-- maybe he can eventually be a shooter like Sparks was because he sure has a pure stroke

Let's spend another 20 minutes jerking it over Duke while the practice is happening in the background, please.

Every year I watch this and every year I get so frustrated with the talking heads thinking it's all about them.

Hey guys... did you know Duke is better than UK in every conceivable way? Did they have to come out to UK and televise our practice to pound that message in?

I'm still not convinced that Willis, Hump, Briscoe and Hawkins aren't as good as the 3 or 4 Duke returns.

These guys are good. Bam backing down humph for an easy flip in. Didn't have that last year.

Can't wait for some games.

I'm looking for this to be our turn to steal a title when they are the prohibitive favorites, like they did to us in 2010 and 2015.

Why because he's doing his job? Any reporter who doesn't ask those questions are not doing their job. If a player does something like that (or coach) the reporter has to ask about it. Grayson allen got asked about tripping, pitino about the hooker, Roy about classes etc. when you do something you have to expect to be asked about it

Andy Katz can suck it

Bam did that plenty of times in AAU vs other bigs, his dunks only get shown in highlights but he has other parts to his game many don't know about but will see during the year

Briscoe's jumper looks immensely improved. He doesn't even look like the same player. This bodes really well for us. I'm feeling more optimistic. Willis looks a couple steps quicker as well.

Bam is also very mobile and agile for his size and strength. With a guy coming in known as a power player you worry about charges. I think he'll get his share because he is so big and strong and that makes him a target for these old *** college refs that just love making that charge signal for some reason but seeing how light he is on his feet also make me optimistic.

I guess now we know how others felt when UK was a juggernaut the season before last

I'm smiling ear to ear. Pressure busts pipes. Duke is going to have a lot of fun with all that pressure on them. Theres a reason it's been 7 years since the preseason favorite has won the title. And they aren't anywhere near as good as that UK team was on paper. But let the media keep putting these crazy unrealistic expectations ok them. That's only going to help every other team.

When you're a reporter doing your job involves knowing the facts. Willis didn't get a DUI. I'm glad Katz came back and cleared that up.

Before that last segment ended, i may have pumped a fist or two at Briscoe knocking down those threes.

I need to settle down. I don't feel like that's a normal reaction to a shooting drill at a practice.

Kentucky basketball is not a normal program. You're good bro.:fistbump:

I know this is a crazy comparison, but I see Monk as similar to a young Kobe. Mink has insane athleticism - just springs off the floor and seems to float forever. Can pull up for his jump shot any time he wants. The kid looks almost unguardable if he is hitting those pull ups.

I wish they would do the same thing they did with Ryder's cup. Playing Through, where commercial is centered, but you can still see the action.

Looks more like a young Monta Ellis to me. Same height, quick and very athletic

Agree, but was referencing that the Kentucky squad didnt have that move last year. Not bam himself.
