Don't know what the hell this is doing here. You might be trippin on drugs, but that was amazing.
I still say that was the greatest Super Bowl halftime show of all time. Prince was amazing that night. On fire.
I don't cry, but Purple Rain was about to make tears come out of my face. Of course, no one who grew up in Minneapolis would be concerned about slippery wet tile. In Minnesota they call that "the ground."
Prince played all 27 instruments on his debut album. He was also a very talented basketball player (joke about it on Chappelle's Show was true). He also left behind a vault with something like 2,000 unpublished songs. Enough to publish a new album every year for the next 100 years. It will be interesting to see how his estate handles that, or licenses out songs to other artists. There are a number of Prince songs that have already been hits for their respective artists.
