Can't watch that hit enough. Love it. We all know or have seen someone who ran their mouth one too many times or to the wrong person. At the bar. At school. In a basketball game. And then they got rocked. Travis Hunter has joined that club. Just wish it was Deion's kid.
You gotta admit, his big, stupid mouth invited that retribution. It wasn’t right, but with human nature being what it is, the consequence was not a surprise. Lighting cocky, mouthy dudes up when you get the chance is part of football. Having your liver lacerated as part of playing a violent sport happens from time to time. Then you have people who are up in arms thinking the CSU kid intended to damage his liver. CU sucks, but I am celebrating some karma for the time our promising freshman QB got his ankle purposely twisted under a pile right on camera and the fact that CU wrote it off as 'part of the game'.

Once it's known that his liver was lacerated all glee should cease. When a player hits a player clearly after the play is over, his intent is to hurt and possibly maim. Same with the CU player that you say purposely twisted the ankle of a QB. Travis Hunter, I assume wasn't the one that twisted the ankle.
Why the drama? Hurt, sure, he wanted Hunter to feel the hurt. Maim? Even Mrs. Incredible is impressed with that stretch.
Agree that glee shouldn’t be taken at his injury. But surely you can see how his actions can lead to consequences?

Did Deion or any CU players fight anyone after Hunter got hurt? I'm not talking about a little shove. All the big talk by Deion about having each other's backs. Curious if they backed it up.
If that hit happened in 1995 nobody thinks twice. Just a hit between 2 teams that hate each other. CU is pure drama.

I have a teenager who runs his mouth a lot. My wife always says he's going to get his *** kicked. I say no he won't. 99% of people won't do **** about it. Travis Hunter ran into a 1 percenter. CU better hope the Pac 12 doesn't have a bunch of 1 percenters.
