The guy was/is a scumbag...... how in the hell does a restaurant and food business owner become the head of any military.

In February 2018 his military attacked US-backed Kurdish forces in Syria.

In July 2018, three Russian journalists were murdered in the Central African Republic, where they had been attempting to investigate the activities of Prigozhin and his military in that country.

Prigozhin, who was/is Jewish, was declared the 2022 Corrupt Person of the Year by the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project.

Prigozhin's companies Prigozhin himself face economic sanctions and criminal charges in the United States. In the United Kingdom he remained a designated person under sanctions. The FBI offered a reward of up to $250,000 for information leading to the arrest of Prigozhin. In October 2020, the European Union (EU) imposed sanctions against Prigozhin in connection with his financing of the activities of his military group in Libya.
