Thanks for sharing, that's really a cool and unique idea to create and teach a class on coaching.
This highlights ongoing discussions I have about the differences between a coach and a teacher. I've found in my experiences that the best coaches, are also the best teachers. And I would say there really isn't much difference in the two. Cool to see Coach Smith giving back to his sport and school.
