No fear of failure. But if your team loses your captain doesn't get to talk to the media the next Monday. I love how much competition is going on and hope like hell it translates to winning the close ones next fall.
In theory it will. Build that culture to be competitive in everything you do. From big things down to little things. Every game, every play. Keep up the intensity.
