Rather than saying the league will adjust to him, Trev actually studied what makes B1G successful teams successful.

Frost wanted to win, but didn't know how to go about it in a P5 league that prizes line play above all else. Trev wants to win, but also wants to do the things it takes to win in the B1G.

Might be AD talk but Trev said MR was his #1 choice from the beginning

Frost really should have studied Rich Rodriguez, when he went to Michigan. His offensive scheme in the early spread days was Nice; it ran into difficulty with the week after week attention paid to the trenches in the Big 10. Frost sounded like he had a plan, but the Husker Power just never materialized

He's been described as a bullshitter. I'd say he has a gift for gab.

I remember when Moos introduced Frost and said he wanted a man of character and morals. Whoops...

wrt Frost, what was advertised to NU was about as far away from what NU bought as possible.

Rhule wrote a speech and has bullet points he is making sure he hits. I liked Scott personally but he stood at the podium and shot from the hip. If this is a precursor to preparation, I am good.

If you can’t let yourself be just a tiny bit positive today then i really feel sorry for you.
I think my delivery is throwing people off with regards to my opinion over the last couple days

I will try to be a more clear communicator

hesitant, cautious, not jumping out of my shoes at Rhule's hire =/= unhappy

Full disclosure: I'm Philly/Jersey born & bred, grew up a Penn State fan and that kickoff classic memory hit home. Also know Temple U very well and was astonished by what he built there. A physical team that beat Penn State-unheard of. Had College GameDay come to town, then stood toe to toe with a top 10 Notre Dame(??!!) team. With scrappy, physical unheralded recruits. Dude can coach young men.

Sam just chimed in.
hard hitting, as usual Laughing

I actually thought sip's second part of his rambling multi-part question was a good one - 'why are you confident you can improve the lines?'

too bad he's too much of a mumbling stooge to ask it directly. instead Rhule skillfully dodged it.
