Ole Miss is finna win the chip. Someone over there made a deal with the devil after we won it all.

Gonna be the most state/om rivalry thing ever.

Since We, got ours before, they can’t talk too much **** to us if they do bring it back.

The Texas/A&M game today is what I don’t want to have happen with us and Om. Looser goes home and the first of the year for the dreaded 2 and Q moniker. That’s a life time of ridicule to the looser and life time of pot stirring for the winner.

That same deal must have included all of MSU's sports going down the crapper after our championship. Seems to have worked.

That would be THE most Mississippi State ******** "luck" ever.

And I fully expect it to happen.

OM winning it all. Only bad part about the roto rooter is the prep.
That's really improved from five years ago. I just had one done a few months ago. The secret is to go on a liquid diet two days before you start the prep. It makes a huge difference.

Sharing your secret insecurities online to strangers really isn't a good look.

And it's one game against 1 of the 3 weak teams in Omaha. Take a stats class and hug your security blanky. It's going to be O K little buddy.

Been thinking about this, and I would love to see the Plantation lose game three of the championship series. You know they would have been running their mouths about winning, and then to have the rug ripped out from under them would be glorious. We win a natty, they choke in the finals, a good day in my book.

There's a lot of teams with that "Team of Destiny" vibe to them....

Oklahoma, Notre Dame, and Arkansas all come to mind. I really believe Arkansas will win it all.

I'll let you know who's going to win it once it gets to the finals. Until then there's really no way to guess. Surviving the 4 team bracket is brutal.

Bro, chill. Responses like this are from the real insecure fans. I made a half serious thread talking about making a deal with the devil. Not exactly losing my mind over here. Onewoof is def elevated emotionally about something.

I don't think they are that good. Auburn isn't that good. If I am not mistaken we were 4-2 in weekend SEC games against those two teams.

Such an ole miss thing… copy big brother and win a national title**

In all seriousness, I didn’t think they’d get past Arkansas. I thought we’d see an Arkansas and Oklahoma final. No doubt they are playing very good right now.

That colonoscopy thing is no problem. The prep used to be hellacious, but it is much improved and tolerable. Just get it done and get a good report!

They are the best more well rounded team in Omaha. And they are about to be in the driver’s seat in a 10-11 day series. We played in a 12 day series last year. They had a 4 week period this year when they went 7-14, yet here they are.

Going 3-0 is now about as important as 2-0 with this condensed schedule. Pretty big advantage for one team in the finals that went 3-0 vs 3-1

I hope they don't miss all these runs they are scoring in the next upcoming games. That always seems to be what bites a team in the *** when they head down the stretch. All the runs the team was scoring suddenly go away. But they are definitely in the driver seat

I've lost count over the years of the teams that went 2 and 0 and left afterwards. The next two wins are the biggest ones. You can't over throw your starters. That's why Lemonis took them out right around 90 pitches.

You used to count the teams that lost after going 2-0?

Impressive win for OM no matter how you cut it. OU is the most talented team in the tournament if you look at MLB prospects. Will be fun to watch.

Win game one and then lose games 2 and 3 by squandering late leads and the opponent walks off game 3 on a 2 out, 2 strike 3 run HR.

I haven't counted, but I'm absolutely positive at least half of the teams that start 2-0 do not win the title.

Let's face it, the most talented team at the CWS is clearly, AND I DO MEAN CLEARLY, Ole Miss.

They have had one of the most or the most talented teams in the conference (and therefore the nation) for the past 20 years under Bianco.

Let them have their day. And hopefully they will 17 it up again.

And this point, that is really all we can hope for.
