I still don't see the downside of bringing him in. If he doesn't work out he doesn't work out.
Speaking of which, in situations like this is there anything that really keeps a kid like this from committing somewhere he has an offer?
For example if Bolds just comes out and commits to Michigan even though they haven't talked to him in months and maybe even told him they're moving on, is there anything to prevent a kid from committing and signing somewhere where he has been offered if they no longer want him?
You obviously have no idea how this recruiting thing works. It's probably better if you sit this one out and watch from the sidelines and try to learn a little before trying to lecture people about who we should and shouldn't recruit.
