I think Kentucky wins for 2 reasons.
1. Cal just has Rick's number.
2. Louisville hasn't played anyone with a pulse. Sure they played well against MSU, but at this point it might just be an anomaly.

Have to believe that this loss has Louisville licking their chops. Def shouldn't be scared if that's what your implying.
i'm worried I must say. But if you think this place is negative and ugly today, imagine what it might be like next saturday after back to back losses to osu and louisville. Scary.

What I'm saying is that Louisville would be better off facing a Kentucky team that just came off a win, not a bad loss. Beyond that, Louisville should be happy that they'll actually see their team on the television for only the second time this season.

They had sparty beat on the road. Yeah they've played a crap schedule but have destroyed everybody they've played. Their guard play as a whole is better than ours. If mathiang is healthy then their better down low as well.
Would've been the same team regardless of a loss or win. Takes being down 15 points for them to start playing hard.
I certainly hope cal has realized and accepted that reality. Because if he tries to play him, Louisville will take the ball from him every time he touches it.

Louisville by 10. It makes me sick to admit, but they are light years ahead of us.
That is a dumb comparison, UL blew out WKU and we got beat by OSU. I don't think anyone was saying WKU was as good a team as OSU, OSU has some talent, WKU is a mid-major.
And outside of MSU, Mid-majors are precisely what Louisville's over inflated estimation of themselves are based on. Should I give them a cookie for beating cupcakes?

3. Players & fans heads swell up, and are convinced they will roll Kentucky.
4. Kentucky limits Louisville's forced turnovers and thug tactics, with superior talent.
5. Louisville Players and fans are stunned, because dagumit they beat # 327 Kennesaw state in a blowout.
6. Claims Kentucky or cal cheated.
7. Rick repeats his sleight of hand schtick next year.
8. Some Kentucky fans still can't see this gimmick, even though it's repeated every year. They skeered!
