We lost to a lousy Illinois team. We then beat up on a nobody in a game that told us nothing. Buffalo has talent and discipline. We have talent but no discipline.

I heard the team had the greatest week of practice ever so I’ll go nu 24 Buffalo 17 I can’t see Nebraska score anything over 24 points not against any team with a defense
I won't be, that is a given, but I guess I just hope we figure something out. Even being down, we still shouldn't lose to MAC teams. They might be competitive for a little bit, but losing to a MAC team should either be an absolute fluke or your coach needs to be fired. If we lose to Buffalo, they should announce Frost has been fired as he walks off the field.

Look for the Husker to come out running, including martinez.....puting the buffalo on the back of their hoofs.
after establishing the run martinez with limited throws, starts hitting some intermittent passes for big gainers.
by the 4th quarter, logan smothers appears to take the reins, while martinez studies 0u's defense.
the blackshirts will rock buffaloes qb, just enough to keep him in the game but very very wobbly..
their running back will find very limited yards past the line of scrimmage.
turnovers and penalties will be delightfully absent on the huskers part...as they start conquering mental mistakes and execute as instructed.

28-24 'Skers with zero confidence in that pick. At least we can kickoff into the endzone now. Maybe Vegas thinks Buffalo will have issues with the heat?
That isn't just Husker Nation, its nationwide gamblers, and it is probably because a Big 10 team should beat a team picked to finish 4th in the MAC by two touchdowns. Play a low mistake ball game and get on them early and it should be a decent day.

Buffalo lost a lot of starters and has a new coaching staff.
I think our flawed offense should be able to move and score against them, and the defense should slow Buffalo down.
I think we cover, but I'm not optimistic going forward. Once we face Big 10 defenses, I'm expecting the offense to sputter.
this is a game we have found a way to lose in. They will come in with very little to lose, we might start pressing. I just will not be surprised with a Buffalo win. Would like to see us play to our potential and dominate, just don’t see it. Iowa is Iowa they beat Iowa St again, play D , run the ball, no mistakes. Guess what they win a lot of games
