Yep, 9-3. Colorado, Ohio st & fricken purdue are the losses.

We ain't losing to the buffs. I watched last year's game yesterday. Not worried about them.
10-2. If Martinez stays healthy
We lose to Ohio State and one of the away games, probably Purdue. But don’t look past Maryland either.

10-2. There seems to be a game that alot of schools stub their toes on, so i feel that we may have 1 or 2.
Record will depend on how much our defense has improved from the year.. and 2 of 3 consecutive swing games....
Ohio St, Northwestern and at Minnesota..
And the last 3 games at the end of the season Wisconsin, at Maryland and Ioway...
Win 2 of 3 of these 2 consecutive 3 games and Nebraska finishes 10-2.. go 1-2 in one and 2-1 in the other, Nebraska finishes 9-3.. Go 1-2 in both Nebraska will finish 8-4..

But man oh man, we need to keep our fingers crossed that Martinez stays healthy and we find a reliable center.
Still too soon for me. Need to get through fall practices/kool aide stories/injury reports from teams.
Anything can happen, but I think Maryland hired the worst head coach in the conference and they are going to have an absolutely miserable season.
I wouldnt be surprised if the Terps are 2-8 by the time Nebraska travels to College Park.
I actually hope you are right. I hate Maryland (and Rutgers too for that matter). I hope both programs go into the *******.
Mike Locksley sucks more than Linda Lovelace. Unless the whole team gets botulism that weekend, that won't be the team that bites them in the a$$.

They have talent though, so they can pull stuff outta their asses every now and then when it clicks.
This. I agree their coaching sucks. But the word out here in PSU country is not to go to sleep on these guys. They have speed in skill positions.

Until they prove it on the field and can avoid critical injuries, this seems to be more realistic to me. They started learning how to win and defeat some adversity during the second half. Now, how does this team respond to prosperity?

8 victories combined in the last 2 season. Any/every win over 6 is gravy Still too many unknowns and depth issues that we know know for sure are solved.

how in hell do ppl think we’ll lose to CU? took a penalty on 4th and 25 for them to beat us in our first game under new coach/qb/everything last year

They have a very good quarterback and a great receiver. They’ll be motivated and have a home field advantage. It should be a close game.
