Hearing the grass is causing a lot of knee injuries. Sources say it hasn’t been installed properly and gives a tug on cut moves. If we won national titles with turf why are we going to grass and getting injured? Bring back a former husker who is in turf management to run this.

Who believes for one nanosecond that if the new turf really was causing a bunch of knee injuries that Rhule would not be right on top of the situation and have all practices moved indoors or into Memorial Stadium? Who thinks that Rhule will risk a rash of injuries for a turf he knows is flawed and would stick with that field and that turf no matter how many knees it blows out? Who thinks that Rhule wants to risk his career for the sake of a pile of grass? Nobody.
If Rhule comes out tomorrow and says the turf sucks and we are moving off of it then fine. But until that happens I am calling ******** on any claim that this turf is now "known" to be causing a rash of knee injuries.

100% agree. Grass is far far superior as long as you have a competent person overseeing the project. You can’t just buy scott’s weed and feed and put it down willy-nilly and expect to get a decent surface.
