O-line "obviously improved."

while that group has to improve -- with Jurgens gone and Prochazka and Corcoran not participating , on top of limited if any contact/scrimmages how in the world could anyone conclude that the offensive line is "obviously improved"?

Raiola may be a huge upgrade but I doubt the offensive line without it's best 3 lineman is "obviously improved" compared to last years just 5 practices in

perhaps he meant that the coaching is obviously improved

these kinds of quotes (I've been noticing XYZ for a long time..) from Frost are my least favorite

Crotch rot spouted similar diarrhea of his mouth the first year that Lubick took over for Walters. Something to the effect of how the offense immediately looked more efficient or words to that effect after one of the first spring practices. We all saw how that turned out.

That quote by Frost makes no sense to me. Do you think Nick Saban sits back and stews that his offensive line doesn't play the way he wants it to? He's going to bring it up the first time he sees it. The next time he sees it, someone is out of work. Unbelievable.

Stating the obvious. It all has to be proven on the field against real competition under game conditions. Not going to be fooled any more. Until we see it on the field IMO it's just blowin' smoke up the fans butts.

I’m in your camp too, have heard things about Gunnerson, Jimari Butler, Brody Belt, etc. I wont believe a word of it until said players who didn’t contribute much on a 3-9 team last year prove it on the field.

On the other hand, I am buying the Casey Thompson hype. He has the It factor that Martinez never had and I think he is going to ball out for us this year

Maybe Frost is blowing smoke up our rectums. Or maybe he meant what he said. He likes how the line is firing off the ball. He can like the practice reps for those kids who are practicing.

For those Greg Austin fans who thought he was the right guy for the job as OL coach. Thank goodness the change was made only wish it had been sooner.

I was on the fence with the Frost hire. But over the past 4 seasons I have come to highly question his decision making. I was seeing problems with the O line in year two, no Frost says he is just now seeing what he wanted? I could write volumes on Adrian and yet here we are after that experiment.

Not to mention the Joe Burrow fiasco.

I guess I am at the point with him where he is going to have to earn my confidence in his decision making. That's just me.

At this point SF has to earn confidence with a lot of us, but damn near everyone wanted him hired to be our head coach so I don’t know you could have been on the fence with him being hired.. My biggest concerns were with some of his assistant coaches..
