I heard we'll be hiring an AD in not so distant future before a new president ; although Towers really knows how to keep stuff under wraps .In any event Pike is very well liked by the board and even though Schiano is even better on the academic side , they love how Pike turned that around compared to past coaches. I think he has more good will than you think.

Unfortunate that Board members have blinders on.

Pike is here atleast a few more years. And he's not a bad coach. He just hasn't figured out how to operate in this portal/transfer era. But at somepoint he will. Hes gonna be the coach here a long time
IMO, he'll ONLY be here for a long time if he can bring in an associate head coach who can actually implement a REAL offense like the one McCaffery runs at Iowa or the one Hurley runs at UCONN. He can no longer move forward with the status quo because he is clueless when it comes to running an offense.

If Pike is to figure out the portal, we have to give him money to work with. We have a half million alums in the tri state area. If every alum gives 20 bucks that 10 million bucks.
They would not donate 20 cents
